Ingredients

1 3 oz pkg cream cheese (softened)

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 cup canned pumpkin

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/8 tsp ground nutmeg

1/8 tsp ground ginger

1 8 oz tub frozen light whipped topping (thawed)

1 Package of Gingerbread cookies

Apple Slices

Preparation

Beat cream cheese and sugar until well blended. Stir in pumkin and spices. Fold in whipped topping. Serve with cookies and apple slices.
