Ingredients

6 boneless skinless breast halves

2 Tbsp lemon juice, divided

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 1/2 cups feta

1/4 cup finely chopped red pepper

1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

Arrange chicken in 13 X 9 inch baking dish. Drizzle with 1 Tbsp of lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Top with feta, drizzle remaining lemon juice.

Bake for 35-40 mins or until chicken is cooked thru. Sprinkle w/red pepper and parsley.
