Ingredients

3 6in pitas

1 3.5 oz package crumbled reduced fat feta cheese, finely chopped

olive oil cooking spray

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425
  2. Plit pitas and cut each into 6 wedges. Arrange pita wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet, sprinkle with feta cheese and lightly coat with cooking spray
  3. Bake at 425 for 10 mins or until crisp and golden
