Ingredients

8 oz. Wheat Berries, rinsed.

4 oz. Spaghetti Noodles, broken in 4ths.

8 oz. Feta Cheese, crumbled.

Greek Olives (optional).

Preparation

In a sauce pan, cover Wheat Berries in water (about 2 cups) and bring to a boil. Simmer 1 hour, adding a little more water to keep barely covered.

Add the Noodles and simmer 10 minutes longer.

Transfer Berries & Noodles to a large serving dish. Sprinkle Feta Cheese on top. Garnish with Olives.
