Ingredients

1/2 cup butter

1/4 cup EV olive oil

4-5 cloves minced garic (fresh)

1 sm red onion, minced

2 Tb flour

3/4 C 1/2&1/2

1#bag Lobster Chunks

1/2 lb med shrimp, cleaned

1tsp garlic powder

1tsp sea salt

fresh grnd pepper to taste

1/4 cup minced parlsey

3/4 cup frozen peas, room temp

red pepper flakes to taste

1lb box fettuchini, al dente

Parmesan cheese and chives to taste.

Preparation

Heat butter and EV olive oil. Saute garlic, red onion until translucent. Add 1 bag lobster pieces, shrimp, garlic powder, sea last, pepper and red pepper flackes. Continue to saute, while dusting with flour until seafood is cooked. Add 1/2&1/2, stirring until thickened. Fold in peas & parlsey.Toss with fettuchini using pasta water as needed for sauce.Plate, sprinkle generously with parmesan cheese & chives.
