Ingredients

1 lb fresh fettucine noodles

1 lb part skim ricotta

1 cup of half and half

1 tabl butter

1/4 tea. garlic powder

1/2 tea fresh ground pepper

1/4 tea salt

1/4 cup of godgonzola cheese, crumbled

1/8 cup of grated romano cheese

1/8 cup of grated assiago cheese

fresh parsley chopped

crumbled cooked bacon pieces

Preparation

Cook pasta according to directions. In a sauce pan mix all other ingredients and cook over low heat until everything is mixed and thickened, stirring constanly. Strain pasta, pour sauce over, mix garnish with chopped parsley and crumbled bacon and serve immediately. From start to finish, 15 minutes.
