Ingredients

1lb Fettuccine

1/2 pint half and half

5 large egg yokes

1 cup Parmesan

3 tablespoons butter

salt pepper taste

Preparation

step 1 cook fettuccine set aside

step 2 “Fett Batter” mix half and half and egg yokes

step 3 heat saute pan “Not Smoking”

step 4 melt butter in pan

step 5 add 1/2 pasta. Toss so coated in butter

Step 6 add 1/4 of fett batter toss until slightly thickens

step 7 add 1/4 Parmesan and toss Thats it

Repeat steps 3-7 to finish product
