Ingredients

1 pound fettuccine

1/2 cup butter

1 cup light cream

3/4 cup parmesan cheese

3/4 cup cheddar cheese

1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation

Cook fettuccine according to directions.

Melt butter on top of double broiler.

Add remaining ingredients and cook until smooth, stirring constantly.

Remove when hot, but do not boil.

Toss in noodles.
