Ingredients

Fettuccini Pasta, for 3, cooked to al dente, reserving 1/4 cup of the pasta water.

6 tablespoons butter

1/2 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese

2/3 cup cream

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Stir fried red pepper and shrimp with lots of garlic

OR Chicken breast slivers, stir fried.

Preparation

Toss the drained Fettuccini with the butter, add the parm cheese, cream, pepper, and reserved 1/4 cup hot pasta water. Toss till cheese is melted. Add the stir-fried vegies and shrimp or chicken.
