Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds boneless chicken

1/2 cup flour

1 teaspoon pepper

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 pound mushrooms, sliced

1 head broccoli, cut into pieces

8 ounces heavy cream

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

1 pound fettucine

Preparation

  1. Boil water for pasta, start pasta cooking

  2. Cut chicken into nuggets and coat with flour/seasonings. Saute in skillet with olive oil. Set aside

  3. Saute broccoli and mushrooms until cooked to bite. Add cooked pasta and cream and simmer until sauce thickens, adding parmesan half-way through. Add chicken and season to taste with salt and pepper.
