Ingredients

1 lb Morels

2 Shallots

1 Tablespoon Butter

1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

2 Cups of cream

3/4 Cup of Port

Dash of Red wine vinegar

Homemade Fettucine

Preparation

Saute shallots in butter and olive oil.

Add cream, port and red wine vinegar and reduce till it coats the back of your spoon.

Wash and dry Morels cut larger ones into bite size pieces.

Add to sauce once it’s reduced.

Meanwhile cook pasta in plenty of salted pasta.

Garnish with Parmesan if desired.
