Ingredients

1 can 5 bean mix(drained)

1 can chopped tomatoes(not drained)

1/2 cup diced red onion

1 can kidney beans (not drained)

1 cup chopped green pepper

1 cup frozen corn

1 handful raisins

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2-3 tsp chili powder (to taste)

sprinkle chili flakes (to taste)

1 handful of fresh chopped corriander

sour cream and diced avacado for garnish

Preparation

In a slow cooker combine all the ingredients except the sour cream and avacado garnish. Go to work with cooker on auto, return home to delicious steamy filling chilli. Serve with tortilla chips and top with sour cream and diced avacado garnish.
