Ingredients
2 lbs Shrimp cooked, deveined & cooled (pre-cooked shrimp can be used)
1 can mexican corn(drained)
4-6 oz. crumbled feta cheese
1 tbs. fresh cilantro
1 tbs. parsley
sea salt & fresh ground pepper to taste
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours….and serve!
