Easy Ginger Cookies Recipe
Ingredients 1 package (16 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Ready to Bake!™ Sugar Cookie Dough (24 Count) 1/8 to 1/4 cup chopped crystallized ginger 1/3 cup bittersweet chocolate chips Preparation Heat oven to 350°F. On ungreased cookie sheets, place cookie dough rounds about 2 inches apart. Lightly press about 1/4 teaspoon chopped ginger on top of each cookie dough round.
